HELLO!

​

I'm Judit, an illustrator from a little town near Barcelona.

​

I grew up surrounded by colored pencils, oil paints and markers. When I was little I went to painting classes, where I could express myself freely and create my imaginary worlds. That was my refuge. I remember with special affection the stories from my childhood, those illustrations and their stories, in which every time you looked at the page again you found some new drawing or meaning.

I have always drawn in traditional media, until I discovered digital illustration. My goal is to be able to work on the illustration of children's and youth textbooks.

 

I consider myself a calm and very imaginative person. I like to learn and overcome new challenges. One of the reasons why I want to dedicate myself to illustration is the possibility of illustrating stories that children remember when they are adults. For me, life imitates art constantly.​

I live in a town surrounded by fields and vineyards with my partner and our dog, who is a sweetheart. I like to walk through the forest while listening to music and observing nature, I am passionate about cheese, dark chocolate, flowers and of course, drawing.
